Kamelia Slaveykova is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shell Bulgaria. Her professional career is mostly linked to Shell. With her about 30 years tenure at Shell and her strong contribution to the company’s excellent reputation in the country she became a symbol of Shell’s successful presence in Bulgaria. Her career at Shell starts in 1993, where in her first years she heads the “Marketing and advertising” department on local and then regional level. In the period 2000 – 2003, she works in marketing on European level in the company, after which she becomes the regional external relations manager. In August 2008 Kamelia was appointed as a Country Chair of Shell Bulgaria and 2 years later she took over as well the responsibilities as a Country Chair for Shell in Greece where the company applies an indirect business model. She has been successfully leading companies for about 13 years – a period during which they expand their business presence and establish themselves as one of the market leaders. For number of years Kamelia was also heading Shell’s External Relations team in Central and Eastern Europe and Mediterranean.
