Plamen Valnev is Associate Partner, Audit at KPMG in Bulgaria. Plamen has more than 22 years of experience in financial audit of industrial clients. He holds a Master Degree in Accounting and Audit from the University of Economics Varna and is CPA, registered auditor in Bulgaria, as well as FCCA, UK.

Plamen is currently specializing in sustainability reporting and assurance and participates in the focus groups of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria (IDES) dealing with trainings and certification of local auditors for sustainability assurance engagements.
