Margita Kolcheva is the ESG Manager at Yettel Bulgaria. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's Sustainability Strategy and, since its launch, has been actively involved in researching and applying Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles within the company's operations. 

At e&PPF Telecom Group, Margita is responsible for the Circular Economy Stream, working to implement the Group's activities in the area. Additionally, she has worked extensively on the first wave of supplier engagement on ESG at both local and group levels within e&PPF. At the same time, Margita contributes to the development of an open, accessible, and inclusive work environment through various programs and initiatives.
