Hristina Pendicheva is a state expert in the Financial Markets Regulation Directorate at the

Ministry of Finance since 2011. In this capacity, Ms Pendicheva participates in the negotiations

on the adoption of EU legislation in the field of capital markets.

In recent years, she has been actively involved in the process of drafting EU legislation in the

field of sustainable finance. She is a member of the Expert Group on Sustainable Finance at the

European Commission.

Ms Pendicheva participates as a lecturer, panelist and moderator in a number of financial and

investment forums at national and European level.

Hristina Pendicheva holds Master's degree from the Francophone Institute of Management and

Administration in Sofia, diploma from the Université de Nantes. She is Bachelor in Business

Management from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
